Real estate management

We provide technical administration and maintenance of buildings, including the necessary visits, cleaning, repairs and replacement of defective household appliances, gardening services, painting work, electrical and plumbing work, minor repairs, heating repairs and boiler service, replacement and repair of window blinds, shutters and nets, etc.

Construction work

We provide minor construction work - repairs of interiors and exteriors, incl. renovation of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms and other works that have a direct impact on increasing the value of real estate. All according to a pre-agreed proposal and budget, so that the finances of the whole project are set.

Real Estate services

We provide the renting of properties, incl. lease agreements, agreement of conditions and terms for inspections. I participate in the handover of the real estate, incl. elaboration of the handover protocol in Czech and English. I remain in contact with the tenant for the duration of the lease. I am always available in case of any issues or inquiries.
